The Selection Committee will choose inductees based on the following criteria:
Contributions to the Hopewell High School Athletic Program as a student-athlete, coach, administrator or volunteer.
Minimum 2.5 Overall GPA
Graduation from Hopewell High School at least four (4) years prior to nomination.
Ability to serve as an appropriate role model for current Hopewell High School Students.
Nomination form received no later than June 30 of the inducting year.

To complete and submit form:
Print from here or locate paper copies of the form in the Coaches Offices or Main Office near the Safe.
Complete and attach the receipt, invoice, or check.
Acquire AD's signature on the form or Printed email approval, and drop in the safe.
The safe is checked by the HABC Treasurer each Friday for requests to be processed.
Maintain a copy of your request or deposit for your records.
